This project consisted of a screened porch addition, a new two car garage and an outdoor patio area. The goal was to transform a tight rear yard area into efficient and low maintenance areas for outdoor living and relaxation. The screened porch features exposed rafters with a tongue & groove ceiling, wood screening adjacent to the property line, IPE siding and new windows and doors.
